Help if possible - ivory tusk / wood art

His last name is actually de Valois, a dead giveaway of course. I asked him if he was a descendant of the royal Valois's because I recognized the name and we had already spoken about my own royal ancestry (Indonesia, Champa/Vietnam) in reference to my personal interest in Indonesian keris.
I know there are several descendants of French royal lines in The Netherlands, and no doubt of other old royal families as well.
