It has a Manning Bowman mark, which I believe dates it to pre-1945? I have been Googling every possible description and come up empty so far…it is 6” tall and reminds me of barware, is shaped a bit like a drinking tumbler but has a pouring spout and flat, hinged lid. Does anyone have any suggestions?
