Help identifying silver candlestick?

    Yeah we decided not to test it next to our pure coin bc its unopened and dont want to damage it. But when its hit on the counter it chimes and rings around the room for a solid 30 seconds its beautiful. I remember comparing silver coins to quarters and that ringing sound was what we looked for

    Welcome to the forums.

    Don't really want to disappoint you, but your testing methods are not really useful - this candlestick is silverplate of no great age or value, the base is die-cast, looks like spelter, would have most likely had a flocked paper or cardboard piece glued to the bottom. Inexpensive candlesticks like this, manufactured overseas for numerous companies, were pretty standard department store items around the 1980s-'90s...

    Here is a pair on eBay, of similar style and construction (with bolted-on die-cast base) by Godinger:
