[QUOTE="journeymagazine, post: 1593254, member: 84"]I bought this several years ago on eBay, put it in a large plastic poster tube w/a screw on cap, put it in a corner & then I guess I forgot about it. Tonight, I was looking for a old, still in shrink wrap, Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon poster, when I looked on the side of my armoire against the wall - and there was that old poster tube with this telescope in it! (I still can't find the Pink Floyd poster yet!) I went on eBay & checked my purchase history - it went back to 2018 - but I must have bought it before then because I couldn't find it. I think I remember that's it's English & from the 1800's - and there is something that slips into the slot at the front lens housing that is missing; but maybe that will help someone be able to tell me something about it? It measures 20" & 22" with front housing extended. It has some kind of wrap hand stitched around it. As always I am grateful for any help I can get.
