    Good afternoon ezee.:)
It is in my files, and although I have many urls on file, this one doesn't have one, so I probably go it from someone else. Maybe one of the others has it as well, and has a link to go with it.

In general, a clasp isn't the only clue to go by. You have a brand, which is a perfect start. There must be catalogues, or people here can tell you. Why don't you start a new thread asking about it?

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I did went ahead and did a research and the company started in 1920- 1964 before selling. I am trying to research an ad they did in vogue in 1940, if not I figure mid century?

I'm sure if you create a new thread for the necklace, someone will find the period for you.:) That won't be me, because I don't know much about US jewellery firms.

Just echoing that it is an older piece for sure. I've had that style sterling link chain (so delicate and beautiful) on other necklaces and it always means older. I would put it 20s/30s. One I can recall I sold I had was the same Y shape, somewhat parse with beads like this... just some accent fine blue glass beads on the way up, and one single large faux drop pearl. It was classy. Love yours too.

The design looks like the 1910s, and the chain design agrees. The glass color looks later though, so I suspect it's actually early 30s. The clasp with that tiny knob would match the dating.

Hi everyone, this necklace is long gone to a new home :)

@evelyb30 the stones aren't glass, they are faceted citrines. I bought it from an estate along with some other citrine pieces. It must have been someone's birthstone back in the family.

Not necessarily. Golden yellow was a hot color for jewelry in the early 30s; my guess is someone just liked it.

AH, but my Presidium said citrine, not glass :)

I don't think I've ever seen one with stone beads. Fun to know they existed.

Yep, this is an old thread which was revived by ezee who only asked about a clasp I posted, not about the necklace.;) She will be starting a new thread.
