Looks like Google Books digitized a different book, by Charlotte Perkins Gilman, under the Sioux City Illustrated title. And this matchup of title with electronic book pages was also picked up in the HathiTrust catalog and the Internet Archive. Ooops! I think the information that Kronos found is good. Nice illustrations in the Library of Congress copy. @Bookahtoo , do you have only the cover and the one map from the book? And the cover was used as an illustration? I'm a little confused about what you meant. Since the cover has a rectangle at the lower left that says "Compliments of" followed by a rubber stamp of a ticket office, I assume this book was created to advertise Sioux City and could be given away. Hmmm....
