Handmade Gold Fish Pendant PLZ HELP

It's not that common :/.
The others don't even have synthetic ruby eyes. The 18k one has glass "ruby" eyes. They are all different and there is no way I guess to tell it's value just by looking at other ones. That being said, I agree that I should have done some research and maybe tried to get the price down. Thanks for all of your feedback!

 

I just picked a few at random ......the design for charms and pendants has been around for a long time.

 

If you're going to buy gold, invest in some pocket scales. Not expensive. Then before you go shopping, check the daily price of gold and memorise it. if the price of a bit of modern gold jewellery is significantly more than scrap, walk away. Mostly.

 

I like the fish pendant! I like the color of the rubies in your fish's eyes and I like the metal work on it. The others are not as detailed. Just enjoy it and wear it in good health. Gold will always hold its value. I expect one more big gold escalation in my lifetime, then it will be time to cash out. And I bought a scale, it is not that great, what kind should I get?

 

any kind that's accurate will do.

 

Lol- that rules out the goofy Made in China one I got on ebay.

 

There's a thread here about types of scales......maybe someone can point you towards it.....I can't remember where it was......
