I love this forum!. I've had a s**t day having had to defend my little girl when she was made to feel inadequate and I come on here and see a photo like that .

I was getting totally overwhelmed by life and still am sometimes but find this forum a lovely safe place to lose myself even if it's only for a few minutes of my day,it resets the equilibrium. I've 'met' some truly amazing people on here who have taken the time to answer my questions and have treated my items with respect no matter whether they are trash or treasure. It's amazing to have a link across the globe to so many wonderful people.

I know the tone of most regular posters now, some are analytical, some blunt, some radical and some just make pleasant comments. As in life, some people have a more refined filter than others!. Some threads veer off wildly (the sewerage pendant ) and some are short and sweet. Very rarely do I see pointless negative comments or rudeness and if there is it is usually from a new poster who doesn't like what they hear.

I had an early misunderstanding when I thought a derogatory comment was aimed at my question but it was sorted quickly and apologies went both ways.

This forum is totally unique compared to others- You are all amazing

I love this forum!. I've had a s**t day having had to defend my little girl when she was made to feel inadequate and I come on here and see a photo like that :hilarious::hilarious:. Some threads veer off wildly (the sewerage pendant :hilarious:) and some are short and sweet.
