Chinese silver filigree with cloisonne enamel and gold wash (gilt/vermeil). Paid a bit more than my comfort zone on this. But yippee partly cleaned up and marked silver. More I gently clean, the more the gold shows. It is still very dirty. Repair at top and maybe artist signed on beak or the beak mark is part of the botched repair near it.
