    It is in South Jersey..... most of the people are nice, and the owner is always nice to me, but she wasn't there. I liked the ring because it fit perfectly and I am the kind of person who normally wouldn't wear opals because I would be afraid to damage them. Since these are slightly damaged, I can wear it without worrying about that. I know, strange.

    I found this Kirks Folly Seaview Moon combo pendant and brooch at another antique mall for $9. I haven't seen another one on the internet yet.

    here are a few of the goodies that I picked up - new in box Top Hat by Henri Henri, a green kit cat clock, (he will join the red and white ones I have) a piece of Yalos Casa Glass charger, a Lawrence Ruskin bowl and some ornate spurs from Chile.

    Saturday made up for Friday, when I found a waste of gasoline. Today I got a fleece pullover and some shower shoes for $0.83 with clearance and coupons at JC Penney. Took twice as long as it should have because I was dumb enough to hit the women's section first, and of course found nothing like what I went in after. Couldn't get the items that were second choice either, they were "value price" although not marked as such. That meant rounding up something else. The rest belongs in the Rant thread....


    BTW - NICE set of spurs. Somebody out West would make off with them in a heartbeat.

    the green and white ones were made 1982-89, the red one has the metal back which is 1940s.

    Love the cat clocks, especially the red one.... meow! I also love the glassware, and every time I look at those spurs I get an earworm' "I got spurs that jingle jangle jingle."
