i have been called a hoarder,a collector , a haggler , fence , and a pilferer , never a picker . lol

 

i picked these up a couple days ago for $40 , will look good on my motorcycle .

 

and what do you's supposes this wood (inlaid wood and metal ) piece is for ?

 

I just call myself a junkie and leave it at that.

No clue what the bowl is for, but my first reaction is Polish.

 

not a bowl , maybe a front door attachment , bottom is indented to fit on something .

 

It might be the top half of a candy dish or something similar, but I've seen more of those and they're all scooped out in the back like that.

 

I'm a divvy in the old antiques sense of the word, not the Liverpudlian.

 

ummm no some sharp raised inlaid metals might cut you ,or child , maybe an attachment for a cabinet

does it have a name i can look up ? could it be part of a bigger one , because the is no way with the beveled bottom it would hang off a nail
