It looks like a modern take on archaeological revival. It might be a museum shop souvenir. Or just a portrait of a woman in need of a really good bra....

    Hi,
At first I thought it was Greek depicting an Amazon warrior, then I remembered that they usually had the left breast removed to make it easier to shoot their bows.

Went to an estate sale today. Saw some McCoy Pottery in their listing and decided to check it out. Well by the time I got there (ten minutes after opening) some of the better pieces were gone and the remaining McCoy pottery was either cracked/chipped or was very overpriced. So I looked at their other lesser pieces and picked out the pieces above for a total of $15 after some negotiation.

None of the pieces are marked so I'm trying to figure out if they are the real McCoy or are by some other maker like Haeger. So how did I do? Are these pieces worth $15 in your estimation?

Boudicca was a queen; that's better than a garden variety amazon.
