I researched the turquoise....it seems to have some value.

 

I am sure I missed vintage purses, but this was $6, homage to Bear.

the Rosenthal was one whole quid. I’m very fond of their stuff, it has sentimental links for me.

 

Found Schreiner today! I am thrilled! Necklace is signed, earrings are not. Last stone on the extender is missing, but I don't think that will detract too much.

Went to a smallish flea market this morning. They were holding a raffle for a $10 voucher right before it opened, and I won!

Not long after I found these brass candleholders for $10:

Yeah-- aren't they? A nice way to start the day.

 

I ended up with a pair like these when my mother and grandmother were clearing out my great-grandparent's home.

I donated them when I was getting ready to move 18 years ago.

 

Gotta wonder if they're the same ones, which have moved from owner to owner in the meantime. I went to an estate sale today - third weekend and they're finally wheeling and dealing. Stupid high prices originally. My find of the day was three boxes of Constant Comment decaf tea bags. Y'all in the UK don't have it; it's an orange/spice flavored tea that my mom likes. Lovely stuff.

Except that until 2005 I lived on the East Coast, the last 30 years of that in the Boston area.

There was a junk pile of an estate sale that has so much stuff they did half- price all day Saturday and added Sunday, too, to get rid of it. I looked at the pics of it and it was a big noppity nope.

 

Charity shop £10 for everything including the cuff and bangle. Necklace quite small though, it’s a choker on me.

I like those plastic earrings, rather.

 

These are a bit strange as the outer leaves and 3 inner beads are glass and just the larger outer blue, pink and purple beads are plastic.

 

I like that copper bangle, but then I'm a crazy copper girl.
