Roughly 15”x11” in the mat, and the frame is 24”x21”.
    Here’s the label.

It’s even better in person, and that was a quick photo on the porch in the sun.

It's very illustrative. May be the work of a commercial artist. But fine or commercial, clearly a professional.

At the same thrift shop I also found these ivory beads, $3.
Wear them or not? I am conflicted.

I know. This necklace is probably 1950's based on the style, so he's long gone.
But I still feel bad. I love/hate ivory! Waaah!

Got up early this morning for a trip to a church thrift, and for once... bingo! The spirit of Mr Nate was upon me! No gold, but silver followed me home. The teapot is silver on copper with an ivory finial - Sheffield plate from the looks of it. The spoons are mostly American coin silver, but the big boy is fully London hallmarked for 1790-something I think. The dish is fully marked for Italian .800 silver - and cost fifty cents. The forks are plated, but the dress clip isn't; it's silver too. The beads are carved rose quartz with a replaced clasp. The "new" clasp is sterling, but the original string broke at some point and I need to redo the whole thing.

    Listed! Well done! 1906-1959.

"Richard Clarke Hare was a painter best known for his watercolor scenes of the Massachusetts seashore. In the 1930s, he was part of the Provincetown, Massachusetts art scene. He was from a family of artists. His brother, John Hare, was a painter, as was his uncle Knowles Hare, a famous engraver."

From Goodwill, A large 1940's sterling bow brooch, weighs 15 grams. $2.99.
Also, from another thrift shop, I found a sweet Sterling locket, probably 1980's.
