This one has two stoppers but one does not fit leading me to believe that there was another decanter and this was part of a pair, additionally there is a sizable chip out of the very top that has been glued back in place, it was like this when I found it, there is also a spot on the very bottom of the base where it looks like the ruby coloring has either worn off or maybe it was a manufacturer&#039;s defect?
