Delft could be Dutch or English and much of it had no marks, often even the real Chinese ones. The link above shows a Delft plate. Of course there are zillions to look at. French faience is a buff colour where it has chipped but this looks much more reddish. The glaze seems quite thick. It could easily be a Chinese import from the 19th century.
