I did find this example which offers some idea of what it may be however this is from a book published in 1987 and as research goes on sometimes there is better and more recent information available. It says probably Liverpool c.1770. I have a dozen or so books on Delftware but this was the only one with this exact pattern. At least it is a place to start.
