Following the logic presented above by Jeff, just when is it okay to return something for it not being as described?

I totally agree with jeff, it's transparent what journey tried to do

 

A final response - I work hard to get my 100% positive feedback & when I do buy something I check their feedback to feel ...more comfortable buying something - especially something unique.
But 1800's really being 1970s is too much; I'm not mad & would never leave a bad feedback unless it was something obviously fraudulent - here I am not going to leave any feedback & chalk it up to them just being uninformed - but I'm not going to pay for it, I'm sorry!

Looking at the listing (which actually seems to say this is signed, is it?) it looks like the seller has great feedback so seems to try hard and accepts returns. I'm not big on returning things but don't see a problem if something is different than presented no matter what you were thinking of doing with it. But that's me.
