I thought these photos may have been taken the same day. The second one being inside the hangar prior to take off. Just a wild guess though

Gelatin prints and most of those browned ones are pretty darned old. Beyond that...dunno.

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Yes, I was referring to the second photo. Sorry for the lack of clarity!

The mounts are similar and the photos look similar generally. So they might well have been taken the same day. The one big difference I see is that the first one appears to have handwriting on the mat and the second one appears to have printing that would have been on the negative. Seems like a different treatment of the two, but that doesn't mean they were not taken the same day. The mats are so similar. Definitely printed and mounted about the same time.

I forget, and can't look back while I'm writing this post... is there a photographer's imprint on those first two?

Good observation on the labels. No imprint and obviously, I cannot examine the back for a mark.

I was thinking about donating the photos to the british columbia aviation museum (if they are interested) but would at least like to have a crude idea what thet are worth.

I think that's a really good idea. I would expect them to give you a reasonable idea of value in terms of a tax receipt, but I confess to having no experience in such things.

Really nice ones. I should think they'd be happy to have them. I kind of scrolled around looking at prices, but they're all over the place.
