    Not likely a different karat gold in that bracelet. The other number is more likely a maker ID #.

    The style of the gold bracelet looks ca 1960-65 to me. The Italians made a lot in this style. 375 gold is used in a couple of European countries, Italy is one of them.

    9carat gold is common in the UK. Most gold sold is 9 carat. Here in France, I have seen 9 carat labelled "English gold"
