Did you know you can tag someone in a post?

    I noticed that Greg said he had "tagged" me, but I don't find anything. Not from Lucille either.
    Where are we to find this "tag"?

    Oh, wait! I REALLY read what Peter had said, and see that it is just a nudge, not an actual message. LOLOL
    I'm SO dum!

    You should see it in your alerts. Assuming you haven't disabled that. There is an option to have alerts show up in your bookmarks, so if you have the site bookmarked then you'd see the number of alerts you have on the site next to the bookmark, but I haven't installed that option yet.

    Can someone tell me how to stop post announcements from showing up in my email, evey time someone posts to the Introductions thread it shows up in my email, any help much appreciated, Joy.

    First, remove any threads which you don't want notifications for on this page:
    https://www.antiquers.com/watched/threads/all

    Then, go to your preferences (you can get there by clicking your name in the top right), and un-click the "Automatically Watch Threads" box.


    Or, if you just don't want the site to email you at all, just go in the privacy page and unclick the "Receive Site Mailings"
    https://www.antiquers.com/account/privacy

    It might take up to 24 hours or so for all the emails to flush out of the system.
