    For thanksgiving I mix horseradish in fresh cranberry sauce. I get lots of requests for it when I am invited for thanksgiving.

    It's interesting Crown Ducal is an English company, but the design of fixed drip plate is very French. Yours is a double greasy side pourer, it is common for one side to have an internal plate that ensures the clear gravy off from one side is lighter. DSCF5918 lowres.jpg
