    Thanks for the comments all! I dont think there is actually nothing wrong with the shank just bad lighting and reflections making it look like that in my original photo? Here is the same part with different lighting, just the small ding/nick and some normal wear. Such a cool ring but it sits so high on my finger I feel like it would hit something!
