Roughly what was said before, Central and Eastern Europe, some Scandinavia, China. The labels are Polish, Cyrillic (Russian, Bulgarian, Serbian), German and Chinese.
Cepelia was the name of a state owned chain of Polish craft shops both in Poland and abroad, to promote Polish culture. I don't know if they still exist.
The girl with the very wide fuchsia skirt is German. Those used to be sold in German interior decorator shops.

If you really want to know which is from which region, it would be useful if the label is shown with the actual doll, since we can't guess which goes with which. And showing them individually or in very small groups. Right now I am faced with a forest of wooden dolls.:D But as I said before, that would mean a lot of effort for very little value.
Many of these dolls were little gifts that came with other things. I got a Bulgarian one for good luck when I joined a Bulgarian folk dance group (don't ask;)). Nowadays people attach the small ones to backpacks etc.

I am not a seller, so I don’t know about the logistics of shipping you might consider. But you have three sea captains, some Christmas themed, and then children of the world. Maybe separate them like that, but wait for other replies.

I think the sea captain/sailor theme is an idea, since they are in no way related to costume dolls
I see no Christmassy ones, but then I could be overwhelmed by the sheer quantity of low end souvenir costume dolls. My apologies to you and to the makers, I know they were trying to make a living.
I do see one Easter egg, and most of the children seem to have aged a bit, grown beards etc.;)

Just put the others together in one lot and hope someone will go for miscellaneous souvenir costume dolls. Or you can come overhere and we can separate them out into related regions.:D

The brown Easter egg is Ukraine-Romania, that general part of the world, but not interesting enough to be sold on its own.:(

I thought that egg was a sock darner.(LOL) It may still be. I'd group these by country for the most part. They're not going to be crazy money no matter what you do. The two sailors are souvenirs of the Gloucester, Massachusetts region; they're sold in every souvenir shop in the area to this day as far as I know. In my area I can't give them away. The Mertens piece is definitely an incense burner, aka a smoker, and might do OK on its own.

    Hello,

Thank you, I still don't know if to list them online separately as one collection apparently the seller tells me they is another box coming with another 15+ in which i am waiting for it to arrive, in total for the entire lot i paid £35 do you think they is any profit at all?

    thank you,
    Adam

If you haven't done so already, it would be a good idea to go to eBay and educate yourself a bit (e.g. supply, demand) about the category.

The one in the brown coat and grey hat appears that it may be a “smoking ?“ doll. Would have had a pipe in its mouth and possibly opens to put an insense come in.
