    I have been told it could be from The Decheng workshop :)

    Fine, but it would be good to know the basis for that conclusion, did the party with that opinion mention that? Is that the translation of the mark, did that workshop produce identical pieces, did some characteristic match, or what?

    The firm seemed to have traded as Dexingcheng, to use modern romanization, and for some reason that middle character 興 xing seems to have been obliterated from your mark.
