The ground, both inside and outside of the border, is dead flat, without a tool mark or any roughness; just as smooth as the backside. The edges of the ribbon are crisp, showing no sanding abrasion. If this offered any hint of contemporary work, I might believe it was laser-cut...</p><p><br /></p><p>Is it Arts &amp; Crafts, Art Deco, or? I&#039;m trying to age it, as well as describe it accurately.
