He stayed in Brooklyn for the rest of his life after arriving. I could not find a death record for Theresa (which tells me that she probably died before 1960.) Since I do not know her maiden name, it is impossible to find out whether her own family had a connection to that convent in Arezzo. Do you know when that convent was "evacuated" and why?[/QUOTE]
