Lol I'm going to do a project where I hang up the prettiest ones on the wall. Since I've started collecting plates and china, I've come to realize how undervalued they are. So many porcelain and glass plates are tiny works of art, but when I show other "antiquers" (not here but irl) they just tell me its junk. I had a man tell me 2 days ago my whole collection of vintage and antique plates wasn't worth $20 lol. Just because it isn't monetarily valuable to everyone doesn't mean they aren't beautiful. Sorry... rambling agai..

 

Totally agree, I buy because I like it, unfortunately, I don't always have room to put everything so end up selling some on. If it's worth something its a bonus, but mostly I like to ponder on the history of who may have owned it. I'm the same with furniture, most of mine is from auction or eBay
