    This type of furniture has fallen in value. Which is a real shame.
    Value is determined by where you are and how you intend to sell.

    I have had a beautiful Victorian parlor chair in my store for a long time. No one even looks at it or asks questions. Have had no offers and it is priced well under a hundred.
