Can anyone help identify artist?

    Yes! I see that too! Unfortunately, that is as good as I can see it. I tried to clean it with Q-tips and saliva, and also a little Dawn dish soap with warm water, and nothing is coming off of it. That dirt is really ingrained into this painting! Lol.
    I brought it outside today so I could see it in natural light but that didn't help. I will keep trying! Thanks!
