    @Lana, don't take komokwa too much to heart. It is a nice vase, and I am glad that others here were able to help.

    YOur vase is beautiful, and the style is Mamluk revival, the design is based on ancient Egyptian (Pharonic) motifs, which were in great vogue in the 1920's, 1930's etc, which is when this would have been made. And you are quite right, it is handmade, and as all hand made things, a one-off.
