With all these antiques and priceless paintings (someone even had a coffin they were wheeling through...) this bicycle was what was stopping folks in their tracks. The owner had it appraised at AR, and was told that "if it was a men's bike instead", value would have been (I think)...3K higher. The one she had was really amazing, I think it was valued at $1,500 or something, which to my eye even seemed low for what it was.
