In particular I was wondering what these maybe made from? Pretty sure they are about as old as the table.  As well as the marble, the other unusual ball is the brown one, it's really fine and lovely pattern. Not seen anything quite like it. Any ideas? It doesn't have the obvious signs of being handmade though.[/QUOTE]
