    Hi Shiloh,
It is a shame we did not connect a few years sooner. I ended up giving 30 sets of glass knobs, plates and locks to the thrift store. When I bought my farm house, I needed three sets of glass knobs for my doors. I found a box of them at a yard sale. I offered to buy 4 sets, the guy says, nope you have to buy the entire box of 47. I was hesitant until the guy said it was 10 bucks for the box. I had them at my yard sales for a buck a set and only sold 2. Finally donated the box since I set a goal of whatever did not sell did not go back into the house.
Paste wax the brass after cleaning, it will kill the smell for a while. For a longer fix, spray it with clear lacquer.

Greg, I can't believe you could not sell all you glass knobs and plates. I guess most folks want modern? Yes I also wish we had conected a few years ago too. :cat:
