If I could sound in with an opinion, could it possibly be a 1930’s H. Hoffmann. ❤️Maven

A good opinion/thought @Vintage Maven, but it doesn't feature in any of the 'known' Hoffmann catalogues :( I was thinking along the lines of Baccarat, perhaps? but I cannot attribute the stencilled mark.... Grrrrrr

@ritzyvintage Yes, perhaps a Baccarat, I had also considered a Lalique working as well, reminiscent of 1920's. ❤Maven

Deffo not Lalique (unfortunately) it would be priceless if it was an unrecorded piece by "The Master"

@ritzyvintage It was my wishful thinking that it would be a rare Lalique, for you lol. ❤Maven

Actually, I am the co-contributor & moderator of a major online site devoted to Etling glass, on which many of my examples by Etling are catalogued and can be seen... Etling glass - a brief history - Projet Etling / Etling Project (wikidot.com) I am also responsible for the French language translations on the site, as best that I can.

The black glass plinths of my "Flying Fox Lady" (which is original to the statue) dismisses many makers (including Etling) as only a small number of factories of the period produced glass with black glass plinths. Not that this has pointed me to the maker of this particular piece. :((

Do they provide appraisals & attributions?

Here is the link to the research library. I'm sure the curators can help you. I am unsure if they do appraisals, but if not, they can probably recommend an expert. https://www.cmog.org/research/library
