Maybe draped over arms with the tassels hanging down on the outside?</p><p><br /></p><p>Are they tatting (&quot;tatted&quot;?) lace crochet?</p><p><br /></p><p>I&#039;m assuming the thread is cotton or linen. How can I tell?
