    The smaller base is posted - says HAND PAINTED IN KASHMIR. Sold by Peck & Peck.
    The larger one just has a blank base.

    Ah, got it, and Kashmir makes total sense, it’s in the style of both fabrics and silver from there.

    I'm not a paperweight expert, but I do know that some signatures command good prices. I just today learned a new phrase for paperweights because I was looking at some online - "Bullicante". Means full of bubbles.
