Hi I bought a box of 11 silver age Spider-Man comics + a handful of other comics for $1,000 a couple of days ago; the main reason being the key issues Amazing Spiderman #50 (1st Kingpin appearance) & #51 (1st Kingpin cover + 1st Joe "Robbie" Robertson appearance) - which looked in high grade condition and would be worth close to the price I paid for all of them. But when I got home & took the #50 out of it's protective cover I found that it had a small 1.5" cut/slit on the cover! It's a clean cut; the edges go together perfectly & when in it's sleeve & pressed flat it's almost impossible to see at a first look (it's actually in the middle of the back of Spider-Man's right arm). How would this affect the grade if I send it in to CGC or another comic grading company? Is it worth having it repaired? The Amazing Spider-Man #51 looks Near Mint - Mint with no issues & the rest all appear high grade comics. Also, there was a Fantastic Four #300 that has a signature that I'm hoping is Stan lee's signature (Here is one of his that resembles it to me: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Beautiful-Stan-Lee-And-Dick-Ayers-Autographs-In-Tales-Of-Suspense-Masterworks/233299485021?hash=item3651bba15d:g:oukAAOSwMoZcbsbN ) - does it look like Stan lee's to anyone here (who's not looking at it with wishful thinking!). As always I thank you & I appreciate any help you can give me.
