Thought so because the back had a label of a framer located in the UK. But I know this doesn&#039;t mean anything, it could also be a artist from a other country and it was framed in the UK.&nbsp; </p><p><br /></p><p>I know that there are a few people here that have knowledge of regional costumes. Maybe we can tell from the costumes she&#039;s wearing which country it is and a rough period when it was painted. </p><p><br /></p><p>Yes it one of them signatures!!
