<p>
Got this water color which I believed to be British? </p><p>The way its painted it looks to me it looks like it could have potential. Tried all week long to identify the signature but no luck yet. Already been helped so much and so quick on this website that I think we can solve it here. </p><p><br /></p><p>It will be a difficult one but I have hope. It is painted on what feels like hard card board. I removed it from the frame to look for clues but no success. When I removed it from the frame I found out that it is also sealed on the mat itself and don't want to remove this as it looks clued to it. </p><p><br /></p><p>I'm saying its maybe British but I'm not 100% sure of this. Thought so because the back had a label of a framer located in the UK. But I know this doesn't mean anything, it could also be a artist from a other country and it was framed in the UK. </p><p><br /></p><p>I know that there are a few people here that have knowledge of regional costumes. Maybe we can tell from the costumes she's wearing which country it is and a rough period when it was painted. </p><p><br /></p><p>Yes it one of them signatures!! My hope know is that somebody seen similar works before or maybe already has knowledge of this artist. </p><p><br /></p><p><a href="http://s393.photobucket.com/user/anyantiques/media/20170319_134253_zpsy2iytjzv.jpg.html" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://s393.photobucket.com/user/anyantiques/media/20170319_134253_zpsy2iytjzv.jpg.html" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/pp17/anyantiques/20170319_134253_zpsy2iytjzv.jpg" class="bbCodeImage wysiwygImage" alt="" unselectable="on" /></a></p><p><br /></p><p><a href="http://s393.photobucket.com/user/anyantiques/media/20170319_134308_zpsubmch473.jpg.html" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://s393.photobucket.com/user/anyantiques/media/20170319_134308_zpsubmch473.jpg.html" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/pp17/anyantiques/20170319_134308_zpsubmch473.jpg" class="bbCodeImage wysiwygImage" alt="" unselectable="on" /></a></p><p><br /></p><p><a href="http://s393.photobucket.com/user/anyantiques/media/20170319_134324_zpsv37uxsxf.jpg.html" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://s393.photobucket.com/user/anyantiques/media/20170319_134324_zpsv37uxsxf.jpg.html" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/pp17/anyantiques/20170319_134324_zpsv37uxsxf.jpg" class="bbCodeImage wysiwygImage" alt="" unselectable="on" /></a></p><p><br /></p><p><a href="http://s393.photobucket.com/user/anyantiques/media/20170319_134342_zpsfkpidy7l.jpg.html" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://s393.photobucket.com/user/anyantiques/media/20170319_134342_zpsfkpidy7l.jpg.html" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/pp17/anyantiques/20170319_134342_zpsfkpidy7l.jpg" class="bbCodeImage wysiwygImage" alt="" unselectable="on" /></a></p><p><br /></p><p><a href="http://s393.photobucket.com/user/anyantiques/media/Captureure_zpscssog29j.jpg.html" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://s393.photobucket.com/user/anyantiques/media/Captureure_zpscssog29j.jpg.html" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/pp17/anyantiques/Captureure_zpscssog29j.jpg" class="bbCodeImage wysiwygImage" alt="" unselectable="on" /></a></p><p><br /></p><p><a href="http://s393.photobucket.com/user/anyantiques/media/20170319_134411_zpsctlylele.jpg.html" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://s393.photobucket.com/user/anyantiques/media/20170319_134411_zpsctlylele.jpg.html" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/pp17/anyantiques/20170319_134411_zpsctlylele.jpg" class="bbCodeImage wysiwygImage" alt="" unselectable="on" /></a></p><p><br /></p><p><a href="http://s393.photobucket.com/user/anyantiques/media/20170319_134426_zpscsqcwfwr.jpg.html" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="http://s393.photobucket.com/user/anyantiques/media/20170319_134426_zpscsqcwfwr.jpg.html" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/pp17/anyantiques/20170319_134426_zpscsqcwfwr.jpg" class="bbCodeImage wysiwygImage" alt="" unselectable="on" /></a>
</p><p><br /></p>
