I found a HAU from mid to late 1800&#039;s who painted dogs. And the fact that the art is held in place with forged nails makes&nbsp; me hope it could be him (or it could be a nice touch added by framer).</p><p>There also appears to be a signature in the paint just above the pencil signature.</p><p>Can anyone tell me what I have &amp; who did it?
