Hi everybody, Guess who's back!! :p I haven't been posting anything here for months now because I was just too busy and too lazy, and that's not really a good combination. :p I have a few things that I would like to know more about. I will post them separately. Despite the fact that today's King's Day in the Netherlands, I did not buy them today;) The first item is a perfume bottle / scent bottle. Made of green glass. (Is there a special name for this? I know that Ruby Glass, or Cranberry Glass is very common in red) It is a beautiful bottle, with a portrait, which I assume is hand-painted. I only bought it last night, so haven't received it yet. The combination of the protrait, and the golden filigree (is that the right term in this case?) reminds me of bottles that I have seen before, made by Moser. I think it dates from the 19th century, or possibly early 20th century. My question is whether someone is familiar with this. I have been able to find some bottles online. Most of the links did not work anymore, so I could not view any prices. I have just found one bottle with price. But it has a silver cap. https://www.bluecherryantiques.co.uk/collections/scent-bottles/products/fine-antique-bohemian-glass-scent-perfume-bottle-with-silver-mount-portrait-code-8021 I know the cap of my bottle is probably not the original. Would it also come with a silver cap? Or just a green glass one? All info is of course welcome :) Thanks in advance! Kind regards, R. Antonis
