Featured Another odd duck (duck laying on large egg on top of nest) ceramic/pottery sculpture

    I have this same duck and many other pieces of his. The artist is Roger Davis he is from Utah, I think Alpine Utah. I love his work.

    I found more information on him, he is from Highland Utah. His company is Village Duck Works, he is retired.

    Yes Roger Davis, I found 2 artists by that name. He is the one from Utah. Beginning in 1991 I started buying his art every year he came to the St. George Utah arts festival. One year he wasn't there and never saw his work again.

    Amazing! So Roger Davis - I found an article that said he and his wife Gwen operated the ceramics business/ kiln together. Thank you so much for finding this :) I am happy!

    Yes it is. I have one similar. I had it displayed with several flying ducks on the wall in a line to each land.
