It consists of 9 aluminium discs fastened together with a hinging rivet. Each has a square cut out of the middle in graduated sizes. It bears no maker&#039;s marks, and could date anywhere from the 1920s to the 1970s. Has anyone got any idea what the purpose of this curious object might have been??
