The pin looks to me like 14 karat, but I don&#039;t remember seeing any markings other than what shows in the photos. </p><p><br /></p><p>Not only is the inscription different, the 1911 pin doesn&#039;t look quite as nice to me. The pin looks different, too. My grandmother was a registered nurse, but I haven&#039;t looked up when the &quot;RN&quot; designation was first used.</p><p><br /></p><p>Does anyone read Hebrew?
