sorry to say, but being used to landscapes that are interesting like the Alpes Maritimes, the Dolomites, the Appenine from the north to the south end etc. doesn't mean that I was talking about the people. Ostende is a harbour as many others and I passed it a few times when the lorries were still using it to go to the ferry to England.

 

We took the ferry across the Channel from England into France, traveled onward to Belgium and enjoyed not just the people but the scenery, the food, the welcomes we received, the lace, the hunger to return again some day. WONDERFUL Country !!!! ... Joy.

 

I am, of course, utterly boring.
