    I had to Google "swedes" ("rutabaga", here), but yes. I do a roast mix of turnips, rutabagas, onions, parsnips, and a scant amount of beets. And that's dinner.

    Not a vegetarian... I could probably do it, but husband would surely die. He does not join me for my dinner of roast veggies. :smuggrin:

    One of my offspring is a vegetarian. We are fine together for a few days, but by the afternoon of the fourth, I am out and about with my bow and arrow, looking for a COW!

    Out here, we take what we can get! Beef is King here and lamb is just not ubiquitous, sadly :(

    The day I bought my first my BOWL of mashed potatoes covered in hamburger gravy in the high school cafeteria - a whole new world! Still make it.

    I think I'd just put it in a sleeve and put no legwork into it...
