I've seen bits marked 750 test at sterling so you definitely want to have them tested. But, the 750 mark does look spot on for 18K and clearly it would be white gold if testing out. If the chain tests out, the pendant is probably real as well.

The TT 585 should be 14K with the TT most likely being the company touch mark. I did not search for it because that is one of the tasks I hate - finding the maker of jewelry....lol. Again, needs properly tested. The stones are dirty, but should be tested as well. Small so they probably are diamond if mounted in 14K, though I have scene plenty of CZ so don't hold your breath. The purple stone is probably Amethyst, this one is a really rich color, which could be synthetic or natural. Take it out in the sun light if it changes color vs indoor lighting it is a sapphire and about a 99% probability its synthetic. Natural color change sapphire stones are very rare, synthetic are very common and often mistaken for Amethyst because of how rich the purple color of the stone is - that, and more people will pay $150.00 for a synthetic amethyst pendant than they will for a synthetic color change sapphire pendant...lol.. so sometime better not to know the stone you are dealing with and let the buyer decide what it is
