All of the patterns are overglaze appliqués that have been <i>hand-painted</i>...an&#039; that&#039;s the only information in the mark that I am barely confident about. The body is a very light pink; the interior is fully glazed, with the mouth interior also given an opaline finish, an&#039; a thin gold trace at the rim.</p><p>The mark is an oval of text with a pagoda-like shape inside, with 2 lines of horizontal text beneath it...Google Image rendered no help. At a stretch, I get USA at the end of the first of those lines...but the second I think leads with <i>made in</i>; so there&#039;s an anomalous puzzle about it, to me.
