Did you upload from your computer or use an image hosting site? I saw how to upload from the computer when starting a thread but not how to do it when replying or editing.
I just copied the picture from the site and pasted it into the thread on my computer.
When editing a post, click the "More Options" button. Then you can find the "Upload A File" button from there.
