    Ok....so I did find a "match" in link below.....spot on written description, but no further info and no mention of marks....

    After looking online it appears that one of the stamps is a winged wheel....not an "O" with wings as I originally stated. :)

    No. Markings on top - under lift arm: 65 (appears that each numeral is individually hand stamped) Markings on bottom: FAB EN FRANCE S.T.D. 74-14...
